1. You are hereby reminded of the university’s policy which allows payments of school fees in a maximum of TWO INSTALLMENTS at the beginning of the first and second semesters. At least 60% of the total fees must be paid at the beginning of the first semester, and the balance of 40% paid at the beginning of the second semester. In addition, students are expected to pay N10,000 at the beginning of the first semester for compulsory Entrepreneurship Studies, the Vocational Curriculum now made compulsory for all students by the National Universities Commission. Students in default at the beginning of each semester will not be allowed into the campus.

2. The university currently maintains accounts with two banks-First City Monument Bank Ltd and Skye Bank Plc. Students are expected to pay their school fees ONLY into the accounts as specified below:

3. For Entrepreneurship Studies, payment should be made to:

4. On no account should you pay to any other account not officially designated by the University.

5. Always ensure that your name, and not that of the depositor is indicated on the Bank Teller as the depositor, even where your parent or any other third party is paying your school fees for you.

6. Where a Bank Transfer is made, you will need the Transaction Reference Number and date to enable the Bursary verify receipt of the money in our Bank Statement.

7. You are expected to come immediately to the Bursary with the evidence of payment-Bank Teller, Transaction Reference Number and date for you to OBTAIN UNIVERSITY OFFICIAL RECEIPT.

8. Please note that it is only when University Official Receipt is issued that your account can be credited, otherwise, you will still appear in our record as a debtor.
